Once again I would like to thank the Windstruments Team and especially Tom for the excellent job done to reappoint the stay and service my trumpet, cleaning generally and freeing up seized slides on this and the flugel too.

I cannot fault any aspect of the work or service and pleased to say the first time out on Sunday was just like I’d never been away from it

If I had thought it out better I am sure that Tom could have removed the appendix for me too without needing to trouble the folks at Jimmy’s, though they did an excellent job too!

This is by far the best woodwind shop in the Leeds area. The staff is super helpful and repairs are top notch. I just picked up my clarinet from its annual service and it plays like a dream, wow!

What a fabulous shop and team. We travelled over 90 minutes to bring our daughter's flute in for repair, and I am so glad we did. The communication in advance via email was great, and the service on the day was brilliant. The team really looked after us and helped us understand the options. The repair was done whilst we waited, and we had time to browse and buy some new music. In a world of faceless online shopping, it was great to speak to some humans who cared. When the time comes for a new instrument, we'll be back. Well worth the 3-hour round trip. Thank you!
