What a fabulous shop and team. We travelled over 90 minutes to bring our daughter's flute in for repair, and I am so glad we did. The communication in advance via email was great, and the service on the day was brilliant. The team really looked after us and helped us understand the options. The repair was done whilst we waited, and we had time to browse and buy some new music. In a world of faceless online shopping, it was great to speak to some humans who cared. When the time comes for a new instrument, we'll be back. Well worth the 3-hour round trip. Thank you!
